Production and Dispatch Time

Since our products are made to order and handcrafted, your items will be shipped within 4–7 business days after the order is placed.

This period may vary depending on special campaigns, seasonal demand (such as holidays), or the quantity of the order.

Shipping and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

All orders are shipped with our partnered courier service and are fully trackable.

Important Notes for Delivery

Please inspect your package in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery.

If there is any damage, missing item, or wrong product, do not accept the package. Request a damage report from the courier and return the item immediately.

Do not accept packages that are torn, opened, or visibly damaged. Once a damaged product is accepted, the seller cannot be held responsible for the damage.
