Return Policy
At Casa Novius, customer satisfaction is our priority. All of our products are crafted with care and handmade precision. In case you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:
Return Conditions:

You must notify us of your return request within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@casanovius.com with your order number.

The item must be unused, undamaged, with all tags intact, and returned in its original packaging.

All included contents (gift box, cards, accessories, etc.) must be returned completely and in their original condition.

If the product is found to be damaged, altered, torn, used, or no longer suitable for resale, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Earrings and other hygienic products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish, you may place a new order after your return is processed.
Shipping Fees:

Return shipping is covered by Casa Novius only if the product is faulty or damaged during delivery.

For all other return reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount before the refund is processed.
Return Process:

Submit your return request with your order number to info@casanovius.com.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions including our return address and a return shipping code to use with our partnered courier service.

After we receive the item, it will be inspected for eligibility. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued by Casa Novius, but the time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing times. This usually takes 1–7 business days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original order.
Defective Items:

If your product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

In such cases, you are entitled to either a full refund or a replacement (if available).

Casa Novius will cover return shipping costs only for defective or damaged products.

For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
